Use the agreed template
Request the production layout after dimensions and construction are confirmed. Keep cutting and fold guides on the correct non-printing layer. Use the bleed and safety margin specified in that layout.
Check the printed content
Review spelling, language, image rights, logos and any barcode. Use suitable image resolution at final size and the colour setup requested for the job. A screen preview does not guarantee identical printed colour.
Approve the final version
Give files clear names and revision numbers. Include a card list if a deck contains repeated or different faces. We agree the final production files before manufacturing starts. Design and artwork adaptation can be quoted separately.
