Controller and contact
Fabryka Puzzli Daniel Kołodziejczyk, ul. Pod Lasem 2, Jaroszowice, 34-100 Wadowice, Poland, is the controller for this website. Contact [email protected] about personal data and your rights.
Quote requests
We use your name, business, email, optional phone, message, file link, quantities and destination to process the request and prepare a proposal. The basis is steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to professional contacts acting for an organisation. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Website enquiries remain in the private panel for 90 days. If the project continues, relevant records may be retained for the business relationship and applicable legal periods. Hosting and other service providers needed to handle the request may process data for the operator. We do not sell personal data or make automated decisions with legal effects.
Necessary browser storage
gameprintshop-selection-v1 stores your project list until you clear it. gameprintshop-consent-v1 stores your analytics choice for up to six months. Personal form fields are not saved in the project list.
Two levels of measurement
The server maintains aggregate page, response and automated-traffic counts for site operation. That layer does not create a persistent visitor identifier or store email, form messages or URL search parameters in its statistics. Temporary abuse controls use a derived connection identifier in memory. Technical error logs may be kept for security and diagnosis.
Optional Umami analytics starts only after you accept. It measures page views and interactions such as product selection and form success. Personal form fields, query parameters and earlier activity are excluded. Do Not Track is respected when enabled. The tracker is hosted on the operator’s infrastructure.
Your choice and rights
Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting analytics does not block the catalogue or quote form. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for future processing. You may complain to a competent data protection authority, including the Polish UODO.
Files you share
Only share files you may disclose. Do not include sensitive information or unnecessary personal data about children. External file-sharing services apply their own terms and privacy practices.
