Your written quote
The proposal defines the product, quantity per design, materials, finish, packing, design scope, samples where agreed, price, taxes, delivery terms, payment and dates. Quote validity and acceptance conditions are stated in that document. Changes may require a revised proposal.
Estimates shown online
Catalogue prices are indicative production estimates for the reference quantity and construction. They are not approved quotations. VAT, delivery, import charges, design work, new cutting tools and optional finishes are excluded unless expressly included in a written quote.
Files and market requirements
The customer must hold the necessary rights and approve all text, pictures, rules and labels. Tell us the intended age group and sales countries before production. Product-specific materials, tolerances, safety requirements, documents and testing are agreed for the final configuration.
Delivery and issues
The accepted quote sets the destination and responsibilities for transport and import procedures. Report any issue with the project reference and supporting details. The agreed contract and applicable law determine the parties’ rights and obligations.
