The reference configuration
32 cards; 105 × 148 mm; two-sided print and standard rigid box. Card stock selected for the size and use; varnish or lamination quoted by option. The printed artwork is yours; the picture shows an example of a possible design.
What to decide first
Tell us whether users write on the cards; a reusable writing surface requires a separate specification. Tell us your target quantity per design and the country where the product will be used or sold.
From your files to a production quote
Send a component list, dimensions and a link to any artwork you already have. We check the production format, agree the specification and provide the relevant print layout. Design support can be quoted separately if you need it.
Plan the cost clearly
The amount shown is an early estimate for 1,000 reference units. VAT, delivery, import charges, design work, new cutting tools and optional finishes are excluded. Final price is confirmed in your quote. If you need a different quantity, describe it in the request. Existing cutting tools may help avoid a new tool cost when the format is suitable.
