Choose the part for its job
Mounted board can be used for a folding play area, flat tile, standee or layered player board. Each construction needs the right thickness, cut and fold. A cardboard substitute should be checked against the actual use.
Look at the complete pack
A paperboard insert can separate cards and parts. A smaller box may reduce empty space, but it still needs room for packing and customer access. Ask us to compare suitable constructions.
Describe materials accurately
Paper-based does not automatically mean plastic-free or recyclable everywhere. Laminates, glue, coatings and mixed parts matter. If you need a particular material claim or certification, make it part of the specification before the quote is approved.
